This week on Fixer Pupper…
we renovate two rustic, 13-gallon dog waste stations tucked inside a local Mt. Juliet neighborhood.

After years of wear, tear, and way too many “deposits,” these stations were ready for a full refresh.

So we ripped out the old setups, cleaned up the areas, and installed brand-new stations built to keep this community looking clean and cared for.

From busted… to trusted.

Because at Semper Scoop, no pile gets left behind.

15 years with my best friend.

Fifteen years ago Sara said yes, and somehow life has gotten better every single year since.

We’ve built a life together, chased big dreams, weathered hard seasons, laughed a lot, and now we’re building Semper Scoop together too. Working with Sara to build our business has been one of the things I’m most proud of.

Marriage isn’t perfect, but when you marry the right person, it’s the best adventure there is.

Happy 15th anniversary, Sara.

One of the things we love most about spotlighting local businesses is getting to share why they matter not just what they do.

is one of those places.

A membership here doesn’t just get you access to their Lebanon location it also includes their second location which is huge if you train consistently or live between the two.

From a personal standpoint, this place has been a game changer for me. I’m a veteran with no cartilage left in my knees and hips that are pretty beat up from my service. Heavy barbell squats aren’t always in the cards but the Arsenal pendulum squat and Bolt equipment let me train hard without wrecking my joints.

That’s what sets Iron Fit apart. They truly have equipment for every level whether you’re rehabbing, chasing strength, getting those gains or just getting started.

But more than the machines, it’s the community. You see people encouraging each other, spotting strangers, and showing up day after day. No ego. Just work.
