🌳 HOA BOARD CHRONICLES: The Never-Ending Landscaping Debate

The grass is too tall.
No, it's too short.
There aren't enough flowers.
There are too many leaves.
And somehow… we're now two hours into the landscaping portion of the meeting. 😂

It was supposed to be simple...
A retention pond designed to help protect the neighborhood.

Then reality happened.
🛒 Someone dumped trash.
🎣 Someone decided it was a fishing spot.
🏊 Kids turned it into a swimming hole.
🌿 The algae showed up.
📞 And the HOA phone started ringing.

This week on Fixer Pupper…
we renovate two rustic, 13-gallon dog waste stations tucked inside a local Mt. Juliet neighborhood.

After years of wear, tear, and way too many “deposits,” these stations were ready for a full refresh.

So we ripped out the old setups, cleaned up the areas, and installed brand-new stations built to keep this community looking clean and cared for.

From busted… to trusted.

Because at Semper Scoop, no pile gets left behind.
