Stay proactive, so you don’t have to be reactive!
Before I groomed I worked in vet med and I learned important knowledge that goes little more in depth then just knowing how to give a haircut.
I saw what happens when you don’t maintain the things that need to be done.

Overgrown nails- lead to arthritis, curving and cutting into paw pads, and can even be torn off

A**l glands- dogs that can’t properly express them themselves run the risk a rupturing one or both and that is a long road to recover recovery

Not properly deshedding- can lead to loose coat building up and forming mats. Mats then trap heat, moisture and dirt against the skin which reduces proper airflow and can cause hotspots which can worsen into sores if left untreated.

Teeth brush- maintaining a healthy mouth is important! I don’t offer teeth brushing though because doing it once every 4 to 6 weeks isn’t doing anything for your pet and it would wrong for me to charge something that’s not benefiting them. Teeth brushing needs to be done daily if you choose to go that route and I am more than happy to do it during their appointment if you provide the paste and tooth brush!

All the details no matter how small are important.

Starting September 1st I’m going to start taking cash only.
I strongly believe that it should be affordable to care for your pet! So instead of raising my prices I’m going to cut back on my transaction fees and that means I will stop using digital apps for payments.
I genuinely appreciate each and everyone of you and I hope this isn’t too big of an inconvenience for anyone 💕
