We would like to take a minute and introduce you to master of the house #2, Elroy, or as my friend and her daughter like to call him, LeRoy. Elroy was rescued from a hoarding house here in Las Vegas and he spent the first part of his life fighting for his life with Parvo. Lucky for us he survived and became one of my fosters, and then a foster fail because I nursed him back to life and I couldn’t let him go. He does have an autoimmune disease called Pannus (associated with his breed), which affects his eyes and limits his time in the sun but he still knows how to give you the side eye and can locate any bowl of food or treat if left unsupervised. As he ages, there’s a chance he may end up fully blind.. but we can promise, he will still find a way to locate and hoard all of the toys. Elroy is a good boy.. he has his overstimulated moments and loves his cage, but always welcomes all of the new visiting pups with excitement. 🩷 🐾
