🚨🐾 Hi, I’m Shiloh. And I almost didn’t get the chance to write this…

I’m 1½ years old, a Rottweiler/Catahoula mix, and not too long ago, I narrowly escaped euthanasia.

Someone gave me a second chance at life.

Now I’m hoping someone else will give me the chance I’ve really been waiting for…

A forever home.

So, let me tell you a little about myself.

I’m smart, affectionate, playful and VERY ready for an adventure. I’m crate trained, I like other dogs, doggie daycare is basically my social club, and if there’s water nearby?

I’M IN. 💦😂

I also have pretty great recall, so if hiking, exploring and spending time outdoors are your thing, we might be a perfect team. 🥾🐾

Now for my “still a work in progress”*section…

I’m a strong, intelligent boy, and I need a confident human who will keep working with me on my leash skills. I can be reactive on leash, so I’m looking for someone experienced who will give me structure, consistency and leadership.

Give me room to run and explore, though, and that’s where I shine.

I’ve lived with kids ages 6+ before, and another compatible dog could be pretty awesome, too. 🐕❤️

My dream?

A home with some space.
An active human.
Adventures.
Structure.
Love.

And someone who looks at me and says:

You’re not going anywhere again, Shiloh. You’re home.”🥹❤️

I came way too close to missing out on this whole life thing.

Now I want ALL of it.

The hikes. The swimming. The playing. The belly rubs. The adventures.

And most of all…

My person.

This is the kind of Friday news we LOVE to share! ❤️

Our sweet Lola has officially found her forever homeand this one is extra special because her new mom is none other than Kim from one of our amazing partners at The Wagging Tail

From helping rescue dogs to bringing one home herself… we’d say Lola hit the jackpot. 🐶✨

We already know this girl is about to be living her absolute BEST life, and we couldn’t be happier for Lola and Kim!

This is why we do what we do. ❤️

Las Vegas K9 Crew Rescue is a foster-first, volunteer-based nonprofit with one mission:

And Lola’s happy ending also means something else…

Are you a pro at crafting Facebook or Instagram Reels, writing engaging captions, and staying on top of TikTok trends, know X and Threads? Even if you know just one platform and have skills and time, we need you to join the team!!

While our team cuddles and cares for the pups, our Social Media Coordinator works behind the scenes to tell their stories.

By turning scrolls into adoptions, you will be the voice for dogs waiting for their forever homes.

What you’ll do:
• Create & schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories.
• Share urgent rescue updates and happy adoption milestones.
• Engage with our amazing online community.

I’m a Pug.

Personally, I thought my face would have handled this already, but here we are. 🤷‍♂️😂

A little about me:

I’m a Pug.
I have energy. Lots of it.

I have a BIG personality packed into a relatively small body.
And I am currently accepting applications for my new family. ❤️

Now, in the interest of full disclosure…

Apparently there are these things called “basic training” and “house training.”

I’m working on both.

Am I perfect at them yet?

No.

For those that have followed Patty’s journey with our rescue, we are happy to share that she is now a Cali girl! She has found her forever home and is now living her best life in California.

We can’t thank everyone enough for the support and the love for Patty and all of our dogs.

Las Vegas K9 Crew Rescue is a foster first dog rescue. We are dedicated to rescuing, rebuilding, and rehoming abandoned and homeless dogs in the Vegas area.

Las Vegas K-9 Crew Rescue is looking for a few passionate volunteers who want to use their talents to help us save more dogs!

VOLUNTEER EVENT COORDINATOR

We’re looking for someone organized, creative, and dependable to help us plan and execute adoption events and fundraising events.

You’ll help with things like coordinating locations, organizing volunteers, planning event details, promoting events, and helping everything come together on event day.

VOLUNTEER SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Love social media? Help us grow our presence across all social media platforms and get our dogs, events, fundraisers, and mission in front of more people!

We’re looking for a coordinator who can help organize our social media efforts, keep our messaging consistent, and help us expand our reach.

SOCIAL MEDIA VOLUNTEERS

We’re also looking for several volunteers who simply enjoy posting, sharing, engaging, and responding on social media.

You don’t have to do everything! Choose the platform you know and enjoy most — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Nextdoor, or others — or, if you’re ready to jump in, help us across multiple platforms.

Whether you’re an event-planning pro, a social media guru, or just someone who enjoys connecting with people online, your skills can directly help dogs find homes and give our rescue the resources to save more lives.
