Built in the shadow of the Queen Mary, the F&M Bank Amphitheater is now in the middle of its first season, 11,000 seats where there used to be none.

Long Beach wanted live entertainment on its waterfront, not a years-long wait for a traditional build. We delivered a full modular amphitheater instead, tiered seating, clear sightlines to the stage, and the infrastructure a real entertainment destination runs on, all set beside a working port and one of the most recognizable ships on the California coast.

A baseball stadium's seating bowl is built for one sightline: the field. A concert stage changes that equation entirely.

For Jay-Z's show at Yankee Stadium, we added rows of supplemental seating engineered around sightlines to the stage, giving fans clear views that the stadium's existing seating wasn't positioned for. The additional seating went up quickly and came down just as fast, with no impact on the stadium's permanent seating bowl or its return to game-day use.

Getting sightlines right for a one-night event takes the same precision as designing them for a permanent venue. The difference is the timeline.
