House Of Second Chances Animal Rescue

Dinky ended up at Henderson shelter after a domestic violence episode- we pulled her into our rescue 9/22/26 but she really needs a chill home to heal at before she’s ready for petsmart.
A 2-4 week foster would be amazing. A place to breathe. A place to let the stress roll out the window.
If you think you could help her
Please let us know!

All supplies provided- food, litter, medical

Please let us rest, decompress & adjust.
Don’t take us to the groomer the next day, don’t run us over to your bestie, don’t set up an immediate vet appointment. WAIT. It’s all so new and confusing let us get into our new home and rest without expectations.

After we lost Butterscotch we thought the pain of caring for another neurological dog would be unbearable- but then we remembered why we save the most vulnerable, the ones no one wants, the ones the shelter can’t help. Send some good vibes and prayers and we walk this rocky trail with another dog that desperately needs us.
