Our phone is constantly ringing, text messages and our FB messenger is non-stop with requests to take kittens. Please do your part to help these kittens. The animal welfare community is completely overwhelmed, overcapacity, under-funded and under-resourced...we need others to step up to help.
Please help us help them!!

A woman just came in requesting help for her 14 puppies (had 17) and the the parents of the two separate litters. When we began asking questions about getting them altered, she became defensive and angry. She told us just to forget all of it, but we were able to continue the conversation and even offered to try to help her get them into a rescue and get some of them fixed at no charge to her. We were preparing to give her free pet food when she made some excuse and left, never coming back. THIS lady was given a golden opportunity to alleviate her stress AND more importantly, give these dogs a better life. Sadly they may suffer unnecessarily now.
