My name may be Tart, but there’s nothing sour about this sweet little heart. I’m Tart (61647165), a 1 year old Border Collie mix weighing 40 pounds. I can be a little timid at first, but underneath those shy feelings is a very sweet girl who just wants to be close and soak up some affection. I’m hoping for a gentle, loving family who will help me feel safe, let me blossom at my own pace, and show me how wonderful life can be.
