Abandon Art Not Animals is a movement started by Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue with a dual purpose....paying it forward with a "random act of art" and raising awareness for homeless animals. Art Abandonment has been around for sometime and I enjoyed participating years ago "at random".....in my personal adventures now to spread smiles with a message and a great need to stimulate more creative energy i
n myself.....it seemed the thing to do!!! I mean....how can you fail with art, animals, and smiles? Join us in the adventure. Take part in the search for abandoned art, abandon your own art in the mission, or just join us to watch and share the movement and let's see how quickly we can spread art, smiles, and awareness not just across the US, but the world!!! Your art can be anything...a doodle, a picture, a poem, a sculpture....whatever you want to create and share. Email us at [email protected] and we will send you a downloadable file of the text to attach as a "card" to your abandoned piece. Our statement is simple, not preachy....just the hope of making someone smile...and then think. If you are participating in abandoning your art and would like to leave a clue or a riddle, post it on the page and we will share it to the wall....each note placed on the piece asks the finder to post a pic here on the page.
