Fall walks are the best walks: cool air, crunchy leaves, so many new smells. 🍂 They also come with a few hidden hazards. A new survey found nearly two in three dog owners don't know acorns can make dogs sick. Wild mushrooms, moldy fallen fruit and ticks are on the list too.
On every walk, our team keeps an eye on the ground, steers pups away from trouble spots and does a quick tick check before heading home. One of the most useful skills you can teach this season is a solid "drop it." It's something we love working on in training sessions!
