Augie is 1.5-2 years old, 55 lbs

AUGIE NEEDS A VERY EXPERIENCED ADOPTER. He is very scared meeting new people. He needs a very quiet house. NO KIDS. NO HIGH TRAFFIC.

He had a broken leg when we rescued him. it has long since healed . here is what his foster wrote:
Ive already picked up some pretty cool skills; like ringing a bell when I need to go outside for potty (pretty smart, right?).

Ive also been exploring new treats like frozen blueberries and green beans... Im still deciding how I feel about them, but Im always up for trying something new

Im a well-mannered guy, too! I know how to sit and wait patiently for my meals, and I sit nicely while you put my leash on or take it off. My foster says Im a quick learner and I love proving them right.

One of my FAVORITE games is hide-and-seek! I have plushie friends, and when theyre hidden, I get to go find them. Its the best. I really love learning and having fun with my people.

At night, I sleep quietly in my crate until morning, when Im ready to start the day (and, of course, have breakfast).

I can be a little unsure around new people at first, but if you give me a proper introduction and a little patience, I warm up nicely. I do well with older kids who understand how to be gentle and respectful. As for cats... I haven't met one yet, so that's still a mystery!

Meet Dolly: The Dancing Queen
• Personality: Vibrant, affectionate, and a total attention-seeker who will "boop" you on walks to stay close.
• Fun Quirks: Loves listening to soft music (especially Dolly Parton!) to calm down, and does a "tippy-tappy" dance when you come home.
• Training & Habits: Both potty-trained and crate-trained. She knows "come" beautifully because she loves being near her humans.
• Kids & Play: Very gentle playing fetch or tug-of-war, and loves being around children.
• Ideal Home: An active person or family who has plenty of love and pets to give.

Dolly is a special dog; she really loves attention and pets—in fact, she demands it! She likes to boop you when you walk her so she's touching you as much as possible. She enjoys listening to soft music; if she starts howling, putting on music calms her right down. She is both crate-trained and potty-trained. She's very active and loves walks—she will even do a little prance for you! When you come home, she does a little tippy-tappy footwork and a tail wag that makes it look like she's dancing. I put on Dolly Parton songs for music time and do a little singing and dancing after potty breaks. She will happily dance with you if you have some moves of your own! She has a lot of personality and is vocal for about 30 seconds when you first put her to bed, but then she settles right in. She is very affectionate with kids and very gentle when playing tug-of-war and fetch. She is still learning her commands, but she does great with "come" because she never wants to be too far away. If you're an active person and want a dog that loves getting pets even more than food, Dolly would be an excellent companion for you, but also needs a doggie companion

Dolly needs cataract surgery and will need quite a few rechecks. she will need to go to Animal Eye Clinic in Matthews. if we can find a foster close to Matthews, that would be IDEAL! she is a great girl she is housebroken, walks well on a leash, is good in a crate. she will have to wear an e collar for 3-4 weeks after surgery and get numerous eye drops daily. this will be VERY IMPORTANT. she's a pretty easy foster.

this sweet boy was found as a stray wandering in charlotte. a good sam picked him up and reached out to us for help .
Toby is sweet with people., LOVES cats, need to be slowly introduced to new dogs, once he is introduced slowly and sniffs a bit, he can be friendly with them but should be ONLY DOG.. He loves to play ball, loves his walks, car rides, toys but loves cuddling and attention the most.. Housebroken, crate trained.
He is not fond of kids. He clearly was abuse by some

SHOULD BE only dog. needs a quiet house. he is now stck in boarding. e is starting to warm up to some other dogs there!

Quincey is 3 years old, 58 lbs

Quincey needs a quiet household with few people coming and going. He's very protective of his person or people and wary of strangers. If a stranger come into the house, he will need to be crated.

He would be a wonderful dog for an single woman. He LOVES women. he will warm up to men, but he adores woman.

If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle, and easygoing companion, Quincy is your guy. This handsome black Lab mix is the full package — sweet, calm, and ready to be part of your family.

Quincy is wonderful with kids and and other dogs. He’s affectionate and cuddly, happiest lounging on the couch or stretching out at your feet. He’s the perfect “lap dog in a big dog body” — equally content to relax inside or hang out in the yard soaking up the sunshine.

Looking for an experienced, responsible owner

This boy would do best with a confident, responsible owner who understands protective dogs. He is naturally watchful and will alert you if someone comes onto or into your property, making him a great deterrent and loyal companion.

He is very loving and affectionate with his owners, bonding closely to his people. However, he is not a fan of guests and should be crated when visitors are present to keep everyone comfortable and safe.

He can be possessive over food and bones, so management is important. He does very well when fed or given high-value items in his kennel, which he is comfortable using.

Important notes:

• No young children (due to food and treat possessiveness, not aggression toward kids)

• House-broken

• Crate trained

• Good with other dogs

This dog will thrive in a structured home with clear boundaries, routine, and someone who respects his needs. In the right home, he is an incredibly loyal and loving companion.

🌷 Please help give this 10 month old puppy a chance at a better life‼️🙏🙏

We need immediate foster for this boy‼️ Sinbad needs to be left alone & decompress for 30 days to help him find his confidence again! 💔 No walks, just out to do his business.

We don't know Sinbad's history prior to coming from coming to the rescue, but whatever happened to him, has traumatized him! 😭😭

He should be in a household with maybe one another medium sized very laidback dog 🐾 that won't bother him. He was initially terrified of other dogs. 😢 He has met another dog that was very sweet & laid back, & he did fine with her. She was also his size--40 lbs.He is very very sweet. 💜

He has been in a foster home for 2 weeks, but he needs a longer time to decompress before he can be adopted. 🏡

He can be transported 🚗 to you if you live near Charlotte/Fort Mill & surrounding areas.

Salley's foster is going out of town WEDNESDAY she must find another foster. an adopter would be even better. we can transport her anywhere

Salley is a sweet old gal who still has plenty of energy, desire, and curiosity to experience what it’s like to be in a loving home. Most of all, she loves staying close to her people so she can soak up as much attention and affection as possible.
Salley is very food-motivated and is always more than ready when mealtime rolls around! She happily enjoys treats and loves keeping a little collection of toys near her bed or enclosure. Her favorite pastime is carrying her special toys around so she can keep tabs on them.

She is both kennel trained and house trained, as long as she is given regular opportunities to go outside. Salley doesn’t mind being on a leash, but she does need some guidance to help steer her in the right direction—and safely out of the path of your feet! Her clumsy little steps are just part of her charm.

Salley is also interested in meeting other dogs, especially those with energy levels similar to hers. She seems eager to make friends, even if she hasn’t quite figured out how to play like a typical pup. With proper introductions, Salley has shown that she can be tolerant and comfortable around other dogs. She may, however, try to claim all the attention for herself—because who can blame her?

Once Salley knows she is safe and comfortable in her surroundings, she truly comes out of her shell and lets her goofy, clumsy personality shine. She still gets little bursts of energy that will make you wonder if she was ever anything other than a playful puppy at heart.

Salley may be a senior, but she has plenty of love left to give. All she really wants is a safe, loving home where she can stay close to her people, enjoy her meals and toys, and finally experience the love and attention she deserves.

Midnight is a fun-loving, affectionate boy who loves nothing more than spending time with his people. He has plenty of energy and enjoys being outside, going on adventures, and riding in the car. Whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood or a car ride to somewhere new, Midnight is always happy to be along for the journey.

Don’t let his energetic side fool you — Midnight is also incredibly sweet and loves giving hugs! He has a good appetite, knows some commands, and is a relatively quiet guy. He may bark when he hears something close to home, but otherwise he’s a pretty calm and quiet companion.

Nyla is a loving, affectionate girl who truly enjoys being around her people. She absolutely loves hugs and will happily soak up all the love and attention you’re willing to give her. She also enjoys playing with her toys, going for walks, riding in the car, and spending time outside.

Nyla has a wonderful, easygoing personality. She’s not overly high-strung and is perfectly content to relax and rest during the day. She has a good appetite, knows some basic commands, and is a quiet girl overall. She may let you know when she hears something nearby, but she isn’t a dog who barks a lot unnecessarily.

More than anything, Nyla is looking for someone who will love her and give her the forever home she deserves. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who will be happy to be by your side, Nyla may be your girl. 🐾💗
