It’s been a little while since I’ve posted an update, but things have been going great here at Loyal Looks!

One of the biggest changes recently is our newly upgraded mobile grooming salon. We’ve gone completely battery-powered, which means no more loud generator running outside while your pup is being groomed. The van is fully self-sufficient and has everything I need right inside to give each dog a quiet, comfortable, one-on-one grooming experience. I’m really proud of what we’ve built and the experience we’re able to give your babies!

I also recently realized that, for some reason, reviews had been turned off on our page. I had no idea! They’re back on now, so if Loyal Looks has taken good care of you and your pup over the years, I’d love for you to share your experience.

Thank you to everyone who continues to trust me with your fur babies. I know how much they mean to you, and I genuinely love getting to know their personalities, their quirks, and all the little things that make them yours.

March is a special month for loyal looks dog grooming! I’ve been mobile for 5 years this year and I’ve had my business for 7. (These are just some pictures from the past year. I need to take more but I’m a girl in the go!)
Jennifer and I will be celebrating and we can’t thank you all enough for all the love and support! I think growing slowly is the key to staying around. I still have a lot to learn as a business owner in order to make that happen but in the meantime the focus is continuing to provide the best care we can to your babies (who have become our fur babies too 💗)
A big thank you goes to for all her hard work and for remaining true to the name of the business. Loyalty to our fur babies and customers.

Hello all current customers and inquiring!

I do have to apologize for the inconvenience of my website being down. Unforeseen occurrences are why it is down at this time. However I’m going to delay in having a new website until it is necessary. Any business inquiries can be made here or through my email in my account information.

Also! If you were not already aware Jennifer has been enrolled and attending a grooming academy in Houston! She is well on her way with only about 2 weeks left! She’s feeling more and more confident in her grooms each day and I can’t wait to have her back!

Year Update! 2023/2024

March is special to Loyal Looks Dog Grooming because that is when I made the decision to go mobile, now 4 years ago. I wanted to create a business progress update and express some hopeful future goals! I feel as current customers and future, you have a right to know. In many ways, choosing me to take care of your babies is investing in my business!
December of 2023 I reached my goal of paying off the van!
This time last year Loyal Looks hired the first W2 employee.
Summer of 2023 was rough and I was at a cross roads having to make a decision as a business owner. Purchase a new generator or trading in my current van for a larger new one along with a brand new van purchase cost.
I decided on the new generator. That's been an unexpected cost among other unexpected repairs.
2024 is a new year with new goals.
Jennifer is in need of training and Loyal Looks plans on sending her to a professional grooming academy as I personally do not have the time to train her further.
Once a groomer with a more advanced skill level is apart of the team I'll be better able to consider adding a van to the business. Allowing Loyal Looks to take on more customers but also not spread current groomers (Myself and Jennifer) thin.
Summer of 2024 I will be closing and not operating for the hottest 2 weeks of the year. As we get closer to that time I will be keeping customers in the know. This is in hopes of avoiding damage to my equipment and for the safety of us.
During the month of March I will be celebrating by adorning your babies with bandanas, neck ties or bow ties!
I'm sorry I do not post more frequently. It should speak to the truth of how busy I stay. I hope to have only good things to report March of 2025!
Your babies are my babies and Loyal Looks loves them all!

Dear Loyal Looks Customers

This summer has once again been difficult. The extreme heat is something we contend with daily. Some of you may have known about my struggle last year with my generator. I had to make a decision recently whether to get a new van or reinvest in my current one. I’ve decided to do the latter as that was the more reasonable option. Unfortunately my generator has given out before my new one has arrived. For the next month I will be needing to plug in once again. If you are a current customer and have questions about me plugging into your home please feel free to reach out.

I have also been informed of a nationwide shortage of Dog Groomers. I get calls constantly because groomers in our area stop working for various reasons and many are in need of professional services. To my current customers and future customers inquiring, I have a wait list of clients in need of my services that numbers 100+ people.
Due to the high demand, the money needed to provide excellent service, and maintaining an employee, raising my prices is inevitable. It’s something I don’t take joy in doing and try my best to be reasonable. In fall/winter of 2023 you will be informed of any price changes and when those price changes will take place.
