In honor of Pride month, we wanted to share a picture of some of our beautiful ambassadors, our Rainbow flower beetles! They are found in Asia and parts of Europe, and are one of Europe's largest flower beetles. As adults they spend lots of their time in the tree tops. They can live up to 2 years as adults!
The Scarab Lab at Safari Station carries one of only 2 USDA permits in the state to house such special beetles and other rare insects!
