It was a hot day but still had to enjoy the sunshine. Always outside flexing, still got a long way to go but progress has been made. Every day trying to improve and live a more active life. 💪

My boy gets to train his muscles and I get to test my strength while flexing! It’s always in incredible fact that my boy can pull 3600 pounds and that barely scratches the surface of my strength! 💪
