🎾🎾🐾🐾Scheduling Update 🐾🐾🎾🎾

To help keep my schedule running efficiently and make appointment times available to clients who are ready to book, I’ll be implementing a confirmation policy.

I will send a reminder approximately 24 hours before your scheduled session. Once that reminder is sent, you’ll have 12 hours to confirm your appointment. If I don’t receive a confirmation within that timeframe, your appointment time may be offered to another client on the waitlist or looking for an earlier opening.

This policy is being put in place because I’ve had an increase in last-minute cancellations, reschedules, and unconfirmed appointments, which often leaves empty time slots that could have been used by other clients.

Thank you for your understanding, your prompt communication, and your continued support. I truly appreciate each of you and look forward to working with you and your dogs!

Hircine was an absolute superstar for his grooming appointment today.

His owners are still loving that adorable puppy look, so we kept his body full and fluffy. We focused on introducing him to the grooming process with a clean face, clean feet, and started shaping the bevels on his legs.

Typically, I’d recommend taking a little length off the body to make maintenance between appointments easier, but his owners have done such an incredible job keeping up with his coat that I’m more than happy to leave him a little longer!

For a young Standard Poodle, he handled everything with confidence and a level head. Early positive grooming experiences set the foundation for a lifetime of stress-free appointments, and Hircine is off to an amazing start.
