Check out this class!

Hey all- I know that Summer is the hardest time of the year to get people at classes- there's always SOOOO much going on and only so much time to get it done.

Ice Ice Herbal is a class scheduled for next week. - it's a 2 hour class filled with info on herbs that help us stay cool and a load of recipes using them and we'll be tasting so many treats- think frozen goodies- ice creams, drinks and desserts and a few surprises. It's a fun class at a discounted price. The Class hasn't met the minimum and I'll hold it open until Wednesday at noon in hopes of keeping it happening.

A few details- its in the Classroom here in Powell
Cost is 25.00
Starts at 6:30

Thank you all

Book massages for your dog (or cat!) this summer to keep them cool, calm, and stress-free.

Here in the South, the windows of time for safe dog walking in these temps are very small. Why not try massage sessions to keep your companion animal chill without the danger?

Massage sessions are great for those stormy days as well to help regulate their nervous system.

Want to know more, send me a message or text me at (865) 888-0226
