Bearded Dragons are a fabulous lizard species for kids! These gentle and social little guys require specific housing and lighting but their daily upkeep is relatively simple.
Here are some fun facts about Bearded Dragons:
🐉 They like to 💩 in water! Here Cheeto our resident Beardie is having a bathroom break.
🐉 Bearded Dragons are mostly vegetarian as adults but still enjoy a yummy bug snack a couple times a week.
🐉 These guys originate from Australia! They thrive in an arid, hot environment and require appropriate UVB lighting which mimics natural sunlight.
🐉 Bearded Dragons are solitary from one another but THRIVE with human companionship. Many even enjoy cuddles with their people!
