📢 GROOMING UPDATE 📢

Please take a moment to read the following updates regarding Pawsitively Clean Grooming, LLC.

🐾 All EXISTING clients will remain on the schedule.

🐾 Future clients: I will only be accepting bath dogs and SMALL grooming dogs.

🐾 Pricing will be updated.

🐾 I will no longer be accepting dogs over 40 lbs.

🐾 I will no longer be grooming cats.

🐾 I will no longer travel for nail trims only. Existing nail trim clients will still be scheduled.

🐾 My work days and hours will be changing. I will be grooming 2 days per week moving forward.

🐾 Payment is due immediately once services are rendered. Clients will have 2 hours after their appointment to submit payment. After that time, a $25 late fee will be added.

🐾 Matting charges start at $30. If your dog is matted, the $30 fee is non-negotiable and may increase depending on the severity of the matting.

🐾 Current rabies vaccination records are required for all new and existing clients and must be submitted by July 3rd. Failure to provide updated records will result in appointment cancellation.

🐾 Existing clients must keep their dog(s) on a rotational grooming schedule.

🐾 I will not groom outdoors when temperatures are excessively hot or cold. This policy is not negotiable and is in place for the safety of both your pet and myself.

By scheduling or continuing services with Pawsitively Clean Grooming, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

My grooming prices reflect my experience, time, travel, equipment, products, and the individualized care I provide for every pet. I proudly cater to all kinds of clients and work hard to provide a convenient, low-stress service.

Yes, I groom in clients’ homes. Some clients work during appointments, some are home, and both are completely fine.

My business hours are set intentionally so I can also spend time with my family and care for responsibilities on our farm in the evenings. Just like anyone else, I deserve time with my family and a work/life balance. I do not work nights or weekends.

I completely understand that my pricing or schedule may not work for everyone, and that’s okay. However, disrespectful comments or messages devaluing my business, time, or profession are unnecessary.

If my services are not the right fit for you, I genuinely wish you the best in finding a groomer that is ✌️

Forgot to post some these from weeks ago 🤦‍♀️😅
