We cannot be any more grateful to the Eastern Shore Animal Hospital for their commitment to decrease animal shelter admissions. When the Eastern North Carolina SPCA offered a solution, they went above and beyond our expectations. The Eastern Shore Animal Hospital, committed volunteers, and the Eastern North Carolina SPCA will be able spay/neuter, fully vaccinate and ear tip 16 feral cats. With the community's support, grants and donations, we can decrease the number of animal shelter admissions and make a difference.
