A little timelapse of how I start my paintings! I’m mostly self taught. I start by putting the outline of the picture on a canvas and just putting color down starting with a base color and the darker areas. This is a memorial painting for family whose cat recently passed. I’ll ship it to Minnesota when I’m done!
