Don’t judge a reptile bulb by the picture on the box.

One of the biggest mistakes reptile owners make is buying lighting based on the animal shown on the packaging. Manufacturers often use marketing images that can make a bulb look like it’s designed for your reptile—even when it isn’t.

The only thing that matters is what the bulb actually does, not what’s printed on the front of the box.
