Happy Sunday evening!! ❤️ We are actively answering messages and scheduling appointments, and we want to give everyone a BIG heads-up before the holiday rush hits! 🎄✨

If you’re not already booked through the end of the year, PLEASE reach out ASAP! We are already filling up, and the holidays are even busier than our normal schedule as we try our best to get everyone fresh and fluffy for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and all the holiday festivities! 🦃🎄🎅🏼

This is something we never thought we’d have to say, but for the time being, we’re not accepting any new clients.

As much as we hate turning people away, we want to make sure we’re giving our current clients and their pets the time, care, and attention they deserve. Providing the best service possible will always be our top priority.

We truly can’t express how thankful we are to be in this position. Your loyalty, referrals, and support have grown our little business beyond anything we ever imagined, and we are so incredibly grateful.

If you’d still like to become a client in the future, we’d be happy to add you to our waitlist. While we can’t promise when openings will become available, we’ll be sure to reach out if we’re able to welcome new clients again.

Here are a few of our most common questions!

📅 Are you accepting new clients?
Yes! We currently have over 600 recurring clients and are mostly booked for the year, but we’re always happy to take new inquiries. If you’re close to one of our existing routes, we’ll see if we can get you added!

🕔 What are your hours?
We offer appointments as early as 5:00 AM and as late as 8:00–9:00 PM to help accommodate your schedule.

💧 Do you need water or electricity?
No! Our rigs are fully self-contained with their own water and generators. We also have A/C for summer and heat for winter, so your pup stays comfortable year-round.

🚐 How many rigs do you have?
We have 2 rigs:
• 🛁 Bathing Only
• ✂️ Grooming & Bathing

✂️ How often should my dog be groomed?
Every dog is different! We’ll recommend the best schedule for your pup.

🏡 Why choose mobile grooming?
We come to you! No kennels, one-on-one attention, and a less stressful experience for your dog.

🐶 Do you groom all breeds?
Yes! All breeds and sizes are welcome.

🔑 What is latch key service?
If you can’t be home, we can still groom your pup with approved access to your home or yard.

💲 How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on your dog’s size, coat, condition, temperament, and the groom requested. Quotes are estimates.

📱 Please help us help you!
Please choose one way to contact us, whether that’s a text, phone call, Facebook message, or email, and stick with that method. Sending multiple texts, calls, and messages across different platforms doesn’t move your message to the front of the line. In fact, it usually causes more delays while we sort through duplicate conversations. We promise we’ll respond as soon as we can!

❤️ One last thing…
We’re a small family business. Sometimes we get sick, take a vacation, or have equipment issues that are out of our control. Occasionally, we may have to reschedule appointments. We promise we never do it unless it’s necessary. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support more than you know!
