Hosted by 𝑱𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊 𝑱𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒔 𝑬𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒏𝒆, this unique event will give young horse lovers an up-close and personal look at what it takes to care for and understand these amazing animals. Throughout the day, participants will:

Learn basic riding skills in a safe, supervised setting

Participate in hands-on horse care, including grooming and bathing

Explore horse anatomy and nutrition in fun, age-appropriate ways

Play games and do interactive activities designed to build confidence and teamwork

Learn safety around horses and the fundamentals of horsemanship

Whether your child is brand new to horses or already riding, this is a 𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 to expand their knowledge and build lasting memories!

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀? 🐴🛠️

One thing I’ve always believed very strongly in is that you should never stop learning. No matter how many years you’ve ridden, trained, taught lessons, or worked with horses… there should always be someone helping sharpen your tools.

This past week I invested the time, travel, and expense to attend a two day clinic with Timi Lickley, and I can honestly say it was one of the most beneficial clinics I’ve attended in a very long time.

One thing that immediately stood out to me was when Timi was asked who she rides with to continue sharpening her own tools… she had an answer without hesitation. That spoke volumes to me. 🙌🏻

As trainers, I think it’s important to ask ourselves:𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘁?

I invest thousands of dollars every year into continuing education, clinics, lessons, and experiences that ultimately benefit not only myself, but my horses and clients as well. I never want to become stagnant in this industry, and I truly value opportunities to continue growing.

Very thankful for the experience, the knowledge shared, and the reminder that good horsemen never stop learning. 🤍

I had the opportunity to educate like minded individuals about equine massage and bodywork techniques to raise money for one of our local 4H groups, and I truly left with a full heart. Watching everyone eager to learn, ask questions, and deepen their understanding of the horse is something really special.

A huge thank you to everyone who organized, attended, and supported today’s event. I’m incredibly grateful to have been a part of something that helps educate and encourage the next generation of horsemen and horsewomen. 🐴

After 13 years of equine bodywork, it still means so much to be able to share knowledge and continue learning alongside others in this industry.

I honestly didn’t know if I’d be riding and training again after my knee surgeries… but thankfully my knee is feeling really good, and I’ve decided to open a few spot for the right outside horses.🐴
