Prada’s story with JVA began in January 2024 when she came in as an emergency with a pr*****ed re**um. After two surgeries and a few days hospitalized with us, we ALL fell in love with her—but for one of our CSRs, Stacy, Prada was her dream dog. ❤️

Unfortunately, Prada was later surrendered to a local shelter after prolapsing for a third time. Our doctors performed yet another surgery, and somehow the stars aligned—we were able to get Prada out of the shelter and she finally became Stacy’s. ❤️

Fast forward a little over two years, and Prada is facing another surgery—this time for a luxating patella. Because she’s basically a tiny tank made of muscle, her knee is causing her significant pain and needs to be surgically repaired.❤️🐾

Her surgery at BluePearl Monroeville is estimated to start around $5,800. After everything this little girl has been through, all Stacy wants is to get Prada to living the happy, pain-free life she fought so hard to have. ❤️🐾

As a clinic, asking for help isn’t something we normally do. We’re usually the ones doing everything we can to help others and their pets. But this time, we’re asking for a little help for one of our own. ❤️

💻 Researching complicated or unusual cases

📝 Writing medical records and updating patient charts

📞 Calling clients with test results and treatment updates

🧠 Developing treatment and diagnostic plans

🏥 Performing surgeries and procedures

🦷 Performing dental procedures and evaluating dental X-rays

💉Sedating and anesthetizing patients and overseeing their recovery

🚨 Handling emergencies that come through the door
