What does a cat foster do while supporting her Navy sailor son? She goes to a Cat cafe- IN JAPAN!!!
This was the coolest, they let me go to the restricted area and see the mama and kittens, and they have at LEAST two blind cats that they take care of….
I’m so content right now, my baby, and seeing international care of animals.

This beautiful young lady will be spayed and up for adoption at Jeffersonville Animal Shelter on Thursday. Her sweet, saintly mama Penny is still with me, I would LOVE to speak to someone if they would want to adopt them both together. I promise you would never regret it!!!

Guys!!!! We need to find Mama Penny the BEST home!!! She is letting little Donald nurse! She had already raised and nursed her three babies, and now she is on her FIFTH step baby!!! Zoom in and you can see how sweet she is being to the two I brought home last week!

Stalking little Donald on the room camera- Stepmom Penny has began grooming him, so that’s a good sign that his health may be returning. I haven’t caught her nursing him, but she’s been caught with Maple and Daisy, so here’s hoping!

Donald maintained his weight yesterday with the four hour feedings. He’s still not doing much and weak, but I have caught him with Mama Penny and she is grooming him. Still hopeful, but still a work in progress.
Thank you to anonymous donor, Kelly Rice and Ronnetta (Kelly’s Florida friend) for the wet AND dry food donations! I think I will make it through this heavy part of the kitten season without having to ask for more. At least I hope so!

Here is little Donald this morning before I worked with him. He appears very weak. After I gave him a syringe full of very watered down chicken baby food, he was walking a little bit. I set my alarm for four hours to do it again.

Look at how skinny he is- Donald came to me weak and lethargic and I have given two saline injections. This is how he is AFTER the injection, but it wears off.
I was able to pull little Smudge through, will Donald make it though this adjustment?
