Thank you for considering Bluebonnet Mobile Grooming for your pet’s grooming needs!
The prices listed below are starting prices and are quoted over the phone based on the information provided about your pet. Final pricing may vary depending on your pet’s size, breed, coat condition, temperament, matting, behavior, and the amount of time required to safely complete the service.
I always do my best to work with my clients and their individual needs. Bluebonnet Mobile Grooming frequently offers specials, promotions, and discounts, and in many cases, after seeing your pet in person and assessing their coat and grooming needs, I may be able to adjust the quoted price accordingly.

💙 PRICING & SWITCHING GROOMERS
At Bluebonnet Mobile Grooming, I’m happy to work with you to find the best grooming option for your pet’s needs.
If you are switching from another mobile groomer, I’m happy to compare pricing with your current mobile grooming provider and will do my best to offer competitive pricing when possible. This applies to mobile grooming services within the same general service area; pricing from other states may not be comparable due to differences in operating costs and market rates.
If you are currently using a traditional grooming salon or shop and need to switch to mobile grooming due to your pet’s individual needs, please let me know. I will do my best to discuss your current shop pricing and see what options may be available for your pet’s mobile grooming needs.
I also offer in-home grooming services for clients who prefer to have their pet groomed inside their home. If you would like to bring your pet to Jarrell, in-home grooming options can also be discussed.

➕ ADD-ON SERVICES
Day fees-$500 for the day and I’ll groom as many dogs as you have. Bring your neighbors to pay back you can get up to 5-8 dogs done in a day for this paw party!
Nail Grind — $5
Smooths and rounds the nails after trimming for a cleaner finish and can help reduce scratching.
In-Home Nail Service — $30
$5 off each additional pet during the same visit.
Mobile Nail Service — $45
$10 off each additional pet during the same visit.
Mobile nail appointments may include a $10–$30 travel fee depending on location.
Teeth Brushing — $10
Helps reduce plaque buildup and freshens breath.
De-Shedding Treatment — $15–$30
Helps reduce excess shedding and removes loose undercoat. Pricing varies based on size and coat type.
Medical Shampoo — $20
For pets with sensitive skin, allergies, itching, dry skin, hot spots, or veterinarian-recommended skin treatments.
Flea Shampoo — $25
Helps eliminate fleas and soothe irritated skin. Severe infestations may require additional treatment.
Face Trim — $10
Tidies hair around the eyes, muzzle, and face for a neat appearance and improved visibility.
Paw Pad Trim — $5
Removes excess hair between paw pads to improve traction and cleanliness.
Matting Fee — $10–$50+
Applied when additional time and care are required to safely remove mats. Fee depends on severity and extent of matting.

External expression performed upon owner request. If medical concerns are present, veterinary evaluation may be recommended.

📋 GENERAL SERVICE POLICIES
• Prices are starting prices and may vary based on coat condition, breed, size, temperament, behavior, matting, and the time required to safely complete the service.
• Severely matted, neglected, or unusually time-consuming coats may require additional fees.
• A travel fee may apply to locations outside a 25-mile service radius.
• Monthly clients receive priority scheduling when available.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

📑 TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIABILITY AGREEMENT
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment or a deposit for future appointments.
Pet Health & Behavior
Owners are responsible for informing Bluebonnet Mobile Grooming of any known medical conditions, injuries, allergies, skin conditions, medications, behavioral concerns, aggressive behavior, bite history, or other circumstances that may affect the grooming process.
Bluebonnet Mobile Grooming reserves the right to refuse, modify, stop, or reschedule service if a pet presents a safety concern to itself, the groomer, or others.
Elderly pets, puppies, and pets with medical conditions will be handled with additional care. However, grooming may reveal or aggravate pre-existing conditions that were not visible prior to the appointment.
Aggressive or Difficult Pets
Pets displaying aggressive behavior, excessive stress, fear, or significant handling difficulties may be subject to an additional handling fee.
If a pet bites, attempts to bite, or causes an injury requiring medical attention, the owner agrees to pay a $50–$150 bite incident fee, in addition to any medical expenses directly resulting from the incident.
Veterinary Care Authorization
If an emergency, injury, illness, or other situation occurs that requires immediate veterinary attention, Bluebonnet Mobile Grooming is authorized to seek emergency veterinary care for the pet.
When necessary, the pet may be transported to the nearest available veterinary clinic.
The pet owner is responsible for all veterinary costs incurred.
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the owner before treatment whenever circumstances permit.
Accidents & Injuries
Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure your pet’s safety. However, grooming involves the use of sharp equipment, and pets may move unexpectedly.
Minor nicks, cuts, scratches, irritation, or clipper sensitivity can occasionally occur, particularly with pets who have sensitive skin, thin skin, skin conditions, or heavily matted coats.
Bluebonnet Mobile Grooming is fully insured and follows professional grooming safety practices.
Any incident occurring during the grooming process will be communicated to the owner as soon as reasonably possible.
Matted Coat Policy
Severely matted coats can hide underlying skin conditions and increase the risk of irritation, redness, cuts, abrasions, bruising, or clipper sensitivity.
When mat removal is requested, the owner acknowledges and accepts the potential risks associated with removing severe or tight matting.
Additional charges may apply for excessive or severe matting due to the additional time, equipment, and care required.
When necessary for the pet’s safety and comfort, a groomer may recommend shaving rather than attempting to brush out severe matting.
Vaccination & Contagious Illness Policy
Owners are expected to keep their pets current on vaccinations and veterinarian-recommended preventative care and must disclose any known contagious illness before the appointment.
If your pet is not current on vaccinations, please notify Bluebonnet Mobile Grooming before scheduling or arriving for the appointment. Additional cleaning and sanitation fees may apply, and additional safety precautions may be required.
Pets displaying signs of a contagious illness may need to have their appointment postponed to protect other pets and the groomer.
Photo Release
Bluebonnet Mobile Grooming may photograph pets before, during, or after services for business advertising, social media, website content, and promotional purposes.
If you do not want your pet’s photos used for promotional purposes, please notify Bluebonnet Mobile Grooming in writing.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services unless another payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
Returned or declined payments may be subject to additional fees.
Low-Stress Handling Policy
At Bluebonnet Mobile Grooming, your pet’s comfort, safety, and emotional well-being are a top priority.
I use a patient, low-stress approach and do not believe in forceful grooming methods. I will take the time reasonably necessary to help your pet feel comfortable throughout the grooming process.
If a pet becomes excessively stressed, anxious, aggressive, or otherwise unable to safely continue, I reserve the right to stop, modify, or reschedule the service.
Every effort will be made to complete the requested groom; however, the pet’s physical and emotional well-being will always come before achieving a specific haircut or style.
Some pets may require multiple appointments, additional time, or gradual desensitization to become comfortable with the grooming process.
My goal is to create a positive grooming experience that builds trust while keeping every pet safe, comfortable, and happy.
