One thing that makes Marcus extra special is that he’s diabetic and requires insulin injections twice a day. For many pet parents, the thought of leaving a pet with medical needs can be stressful.

Caring for pets like Marcus is one of the reasons I love what I do. I make sure medications are given on schedule, monitor how pets are acting, eating, and drinking, and pay attention to the little details that can make a big difference. Marcus takes his insulin like a champ, and I’ve loved getting to spend time with him and make sure he’s happy, comfortable, and well cared for while his family is away.

The best part? Once the insulin is done, he’s just a regular little dog who wants cuddles, attention, and a cozy spot on the couch. And those tiny little teeth get me every time. 🥹

Whether your pet needs insulin injections, daily medications, or just a little extra TLC, I treat every animal like they’re one of my own.
