These babies have 1 awesome momma looking after them. My New Zealand rabbit Oreo took on her neighbors kits that were born the same day as hers because that momma just isn't a good momma unfortunately. Oreo is raising 10 babies and if you see by the sizes and colors that they are not all related! Pretty cool! 1 week old today!!

Yesterday Butterscotch had her babies but unfortunately none of them made it through the night. Being a first time momma, she rejected her babies for whatever reason. Although I am sad, I know this is the reality of farming so we just must move on. We still have 2 does who are pregnant and will have babies soon. Thank you!
