🚨 PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING ABOUT SURRENDERS 🚨

Cats Best Friend is currently at FULL capacity. We are caring for 35 cats and kittens, with a waiting list behind them.

At this time, we are unable to take in additional cats — including pregnant cats — no matter how urgent the situation may feel. We wish we could save them all, but we cannot exceed safe capacity without compromising the care of the cats already here.

If you have found or own a cat in need:
• Please seek immediate spay/neuter assistance through local low-cost clinics.
• Ask friends, family, or coworkers if they can foster.
• Contact your local municipal shelter for intake guidance.

We understand emergencies happen. But rescue has limits, and responsible rescue means saying no when we are full.

If you would like to HELP instead of surrender:

• Volunteer to foster
• Help transport
• Contribute toward spay/neuter costs
