From the shelter:
"According to previous owners, Bruno was described as shy but friendly with people, good with children, and generally appropriate around other dogs. In the shelter, multiple staff and volunteers have reported that once outside of the kennel he becomes much more relaxed and social. He has readily accepted handling, sought out affection, enjoyed leash walks, shown off cues such as sit and shake, and participated in enrichment activities without issue. Volunteers describe him as easygoing on walks and highly motivated by opportunities to explore and sniff. During a recent dog introduction, he initially showed mild stiffness but relaxed quickly and was able to interact appropriately with another dog when given a slow, controlled introduction. Bruno will require a placement able to manage his kennel-related stress and continue assessing his behavior outside of the shelter environment."
