The problem is not the ecollar.
The problem is how these so called professionals use the ecollar. Making it a punishment without proper guidance - causing the dog to shut down.

A dog learns through free shaping and luring, with some leash assistance. Once they understand what you’re asking of them, then you can start to hold them accountable and remind them of something you asked them. But never just “zap” them because they’re not listening 🙄
