🌟BIG NEWS !— A NEW CHAPTER IS COMING!🌟

We’re so excited to officially announce that as of October 1st, Preppy Pets Salon & Mobile will fully transform into GROOMTICIANS LLC! ✂️🎨🐩

We wanted to give all of our amazing clients a heads-up before the change so when you start seeing GROOMTICIANS on our signs, social media, messages, and more — you’ll know it’s still US! 💕

As our business has continued to grow, we felt it was time for our name to grow with us. Groomticians represents who we’ve become — a team of talented pet grooming professionals who love to style, cut, color, create & transform! ✨

There’s also another important reason behind the change. There is a business in Houston operating under the Preppy Pet name that we are NOT affiliated or associated with in any way. We want to eliminate any confusion and make sure our clients always know exactly who they’re booking with.

💗 New name. Same ownership. Same team. Same love for your pets.

🎉 WE WANT TO CELEBRATE WITH YOU! 🎉

As a part of our appreciation for all the love and support you’ve shown us over the years, we will be offering FREE FACIALS for all of our special furkids throughout the month of October! 🫧🐶💕

It’s our little way of saying THANK YOU for growing with us and trusting us with your babies. 🥹

UPDATE! Their owners have been found thanks to the friendswood shelter. Always remember if you find a dog go immediately to the shelter to notify them. That’s always usually the first place besides social media people will go to find their furbabies. Don’t keep them and don’t give them away. In this case the couple was Spanish speaking and did not have social media. So happy they’re at home 🥰

Are these your pups? Or do you know them? They were found at our Friendswood Salon. They’re safe in a kennel, but they will be going to the animal shelter today if the owners are not found so please help us find the owners.

Buddy boards with us and is no longer allowed to stay in our suites because he tears them up. So we decided to get smart and get a metal run for him. Unfortunately he hates that too. He moved it all the way to the other side of the room, managed to escape, pooped and peed everywhere, and tore pup the door and walls. So we did what we had to do… we added a wire cord with a lock, moved him against the brick wall with kennels and center blocks in hopes we can keep him safely in there. lol

Pray for us and Buddy this works until his parents get home 🙏🫪

Want a FREE Grooming for Your Pup? 🐾

Preppy Pets Salon and Mobile LLC is looking for a scruffy TERRIER to join us at Groom Texas this Friday! 🏆✂️
Groom Texas is a grooming competition, dog show, and educational event filled with seminars that help us continue growing our skills and bringing the best care back to our clients. We’re looking for a few dogs whose owners are willing to let us showcase our work.

Requirements:
🐶 Your pet must come to our salon before Thursday for an evaluation to make sure they’re a good fit.
🐶 Must be friendly and not aggressive.
🐶 Anxiety should be minimal or nonexistent.
🐶 Light matting is okay, but heavily matted coats are not.
🐶 Owners must be open-minded about the haircut selected for the competition and comfortable with the possibility of creative color if it fits the design.
🐶 You may attend the competition, but you have to hide and not allow your dog to sense your presence
🐶 6 weeks worth of growth so no freshly groomed pups

📸 To apply, post a recent photo of your pup in the comments! If we think your dog is a good candidate, we’ll reach out to you by text with more details.
This is a fun opportunity for your pup to receive a FREE professional grooming while helping us continue to learn, compete, and grow. We can’t wait to see your adorable dogs! ❤️🐾
