One of our amazing clients has rescued a small terrier mix, Little Peaches, and we're looking for a forever home! Peaches is an absolutely adorable 6 month old terrier mix. "She was taken in as a stray, and since her rescue, she has been having lots of fun with her foster brothers. Little Peaches loves everyone she meets, and plays very well with other dogs. She weighs 6 pounds and we don't think she'll get much bigger. From what we can tell, she had either been a stray for the majority of her little life, or was incredibly neglected in her last home. Due to a weak immune system, we are waiting for her to get shots, but she will be receiving them in a few weeks, and spayed soon after. Right now she's building up her strength by playing, running, and jumping around!" Hello Pet Lovers! Valentine's Day is coming up and so is spring- kitten season. If your male cat has not been neutered, consider getting him neutered for free on February 13th at this Houston Humane Society event. Please help avoid more abandoned kittens ending up in shelters. Details about reservations are posted below.

Don't forget about the FIX FELIX FOR FREE EVENT at the HHS. They still have places left. Please share this, let's work together to ensure that 600 male cats can not add to the kitten over population this spring. Every year kitten season hits and the shelters are full of tiny babies, most of which do not get out. It is heart breaking. If you have an unfixed male cat please take advantage of this offer.
