🐾 Meet Lili. 🐾

This sweet little girl showed up on a stranger’s doorstep as if she knew exactly where to go for help and we stepped in to help.

Hidden beneath severely matted fur was a heartbreaking reality—painful eye infections, bilateral cherry eyes requiring surgical repair, an abdominal hernia, and clear signs of long-term neglect. No dog should have to suffer in silence like this.

Yet despite everything she has endured, Lili remains incredibly sweet, loving, and trusting.

As her foster worked through the difficult task of removing her painful mats, flease, and giving her much-needed care, Lili gently reached out and kept placing her paw on her foster’s arm, as if she knew she was finally safe. That simple gesture melted our hearts and reminded us just how resilient dogs can be.

Lili is now safe in foster care, and PAWS & Wings of Hope Foundation is committed to giving her the second chance she deserves. She will need ongoing veterinary care, treatment for her eye infections, surgery to repair her cherry eyes, hernia repair surgery, vaccinations, grooming, and all the love and support we can provide.

🐾 Meet Diesel! 🐾

Diesel is approximately 2 years old and 60 pounds of pure muscle. We think he is an American Staffordshire Terrier/Bullmastiff mix with a heart every bit as big as he is.

This handsome boy is house trained, crate trained, loves car rides, enjoys long walks, and absolutely adores soaking up affection from his people. Despite his size, Diesel is convinced he’s a lap dog and wants nothing more than to be by your side.

Smart, athletic, and eager to learn, Diesel thrives with exercise, enrichment, and positive reinforcement. Puzzle toys, adventures, and quality time with his humans are some of his favorite things.

Meet Peeta💛🐶

He is a giant cuddly teddy bear with the happiest smile and the sweetest soul .

He is approximately 2-year-old Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix. He loves affection, other dogs, treats, and being close to his people. He’s goofy, gentle, playful, and always ready to hand out smiles and cuddles.

Peeta was found with his sister, Katniss. They were dumped and left to survive on their own, so the world felt very scary to him at first. When he arrived, he was extremely timid and unsure of people. But with patience, consistency, snacks, and the comfort of another dog nearby, Peeta has slowly started letting his walls down and the sweet, silly boy underneath is absolutely worth the wait. Thanks to his amazing foster Lesly.

Today, we had to say goodbye to this sweet soul, Zeus. 💔🐾

Zeus was found abandoned in a field, desperately chasing passersby for food and kindness. Finally, one compassionate person stopped to help him and gave him the most loving and beautiful four weeks of his life.

Unfortunately, Zeus was suffering from late-stage heartworm disease. His condition rapidly declined, and he began accumulating fluid in his abdomen and lungs. As heartbreaking as it was, we could no longer allow him to suffer. The kindest gift we could give him was peace.

While Zeus may not have had the life he deserved, he left this world knowing love, comfort, safety, and compassion. He gained his wings surrounded by people who cared deeply for him. 🕊️💛

At PAWS & Wings of Hope Foundation, we strive to be the hope for dogs like Zeus — and for the kind humans who step up to save them. Every donation goes toward helping abandoned, neglected, and medically vulnerable dogs receive the care, dignity, and compassion they deserve.

Meet Moochi!

This tiny baby was found wandering alone in the middle of a busy street—scared, vulnerable, and completely on her own. At just 8–10 weeks old, she should be safe, loved, and protected… not fighting to survive.

Thankfully, Moochi is now safe in a foster home where she can finally rest and start to feel what it means to be cared for. But her journey is just beginning.

She still needs full vetting, vaccinations, and ongoing care to ensure she grows into the happy, healthy pup she deserves to be.
