Can’t thank the outpouring of support I received for the three heathens. It was monumental. After 19 hours of driving in a single day, they are Texas girls now, and in wonderful homes.

Seized in a raid on a 2000+ game bird (cockfighting) operation. The previous owner refused to go claim them. Said it might be a “blessing” as he was trying to place them. Could not be bothered to meet me at the shelter with EU passports to show ownership. Luckily, I was still able to place holds on them.

According to the official who took them, living in filth with dead rats in their small kennels. Both with me now. Fenna is not doing well tonight.

For those looking for a good food, priced right, that hasn’t had recalls and seems to do well for dogs who crap their brains out on other foods - check out these guys. I’m feeding 26/18 to all of mine. They’ve got some with more protein and some with less fat. Little to no room clearing farts. It took me a long time to find something for Q and his picky stomach. We tried high priced foods and everything in between. This has been what works. They recently pulled out of Chewy and Amazon due to abysmal terms. If you’ve got an Ace Hardware around - they are retailers and can get some in. 15 month shelf life - between my heathens we will use half a pallet by then so have 25 bags en route. They have a breeder program and are working on getting non bulk bag shipping prices down - call and see what they can do. If you’re in S. FL I’m happy to split with whoever. Best bet is to find an Ace or buy in bulk if you can (I’m sitting mine in various unused areas of the house 🤣)

I got the absolute best surprise today. Ivan has a new handler after his old one laterally transferred. Meet Officer Tyler Knight, who was a Marine in a previous life. His wife reached out to me, introduced herself and sent pictures of Ivan with his handler and tiny humans at their home. I love hearing about my dogs, especially this boy. I can’t think of a better place for Ivan than the department he’s currently with.
