Twenty-five years after Sept. 11, 2001, we pause to remember the lives lost, honor the first responders and service members who answered the call, and recognize the resilience of a nation forever changed by that day.

The legacy of 9/11 lives not only in remembrance, but in the generations of Americans who chose service, sacrifice and commitment to something greater than themselves.

Today, we honor the fallen, those who responded in our nation’s darkest hours, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

🇺🇸 25 Years. We Remember. We Will Never Forget.

Twenty-five years ago today, on September 11, 2001, our nation changed forever.

Today, we pause to remember the nearly 3,000 lives taken that day. We honor the first responders who ran toward danger, the heroes of Flight 93, the families who never got to say goodbye, and all those whose lives were forever changed.

25 years later, we still remember.

We remember the lives.
We remember the courage.
We remember the sacrifice.
And we remember how, in our darkest hours, we came together as one nation.

May we never forget those we lost—and may we honor their memory through compassion, kindness, service, and unity.

It’s been a minute, dog people… but we’re back! Drop a photo of your dog doing their BEST summer activity in the comments. We’ll pick a few of our favorites to share this week. 🐾 Gearing up for National Dog Day on August 26th… but honestly, every day’s a good day to celebrate dogs.

National Dog Day August 26, 2026

National Dog Day is almost here and there are SO MANY great ways to spoil your pup with ice cream, whipped cream, or a super classy bandana!

Most of these are good year round and I need to note that some locations will charge while many are free, some may have different pup treats, and some might not do it at all (who doesn't want to watch a pup get a treat?!).

With that said, here are twelve ways to pamper your pooch:

Dutch Bros: Get a free mystery bandana with drink purchase tomorrow (8/26) and they have pup cups year round!

Scooter's Coffee: Get a free VIP (Very Important Pup) Cup tomorrow with any purchase and the cup itself is a special silicone one that you could use again later.

Starbucks: Get a Puppuccino (whipped cream in a cup)

Andy's Frozen Custard: Free Pup Cones with purchase (this is legit custard!)

Dairy Queen: Pup Cup (varies by location)

Dunkin: Cup for Pup with whipped cream

Bruster's Ice Cream: Free Doggie Sundae with purchase

7 Brew: Pup Cup of whipped cream and treat with purchase

Sonic: Wag Cup (small soft serve) cup

Chick-fil-A: Free dog treat (varies by location)

Rita's: Pup Cup (small cup of custard)

Culvers: Free dog treat (varies by store)

Are you going to any tomorrow with your pup? I might have to take mine for some goodies...

Remember, pets are at risk for heartworm infection all day and all night.

Does your dog have a favorite spot outside? So do those pesky mosquitoes! Make sure your best friend is protected against heartworms every 30 days or the 6 month injection for dogs. Enjoy Summer!
