Elphaba always comes at 1:30 So now seems like an appropriate time to put some food out. Sorry I didn't post yesterday. Camera was out of commission but we are back online, and excited to see who visits the porch tonight

All right sorry for the delay in results. However we have replicated last night's experiment and once again we were visited by Elphaba. The crazy thing and I included this in the reel, Elphaba came to our porch around 1:00 a.m And hung around our house until 4:45am

Considering how the colonies that reside here are extremely feral and super sensitive to auditory panic, I consider having them on our porch for multiple hours, especially given the nature of feral cats. To be nothing short of incredible.

We have also been accepted into a tnr program and within the coming week something tells me Elphaba may be the first one I take in for shots in surgery.

Stick around to find out. In the meantime, enjoy the show. Life is great when you spend it with cats. 😻

Re up with the usual wet food I use and some scratching pads because it seems like some in the neighborhood resident ferals would enjoy them. Sleep well kitties HSC will be ready tonight. 😻

Caught a cat hanging out on the porch. As soon as I saw them walk off I went to go clean up the plate and the plate was untouched. Guess we'll go with a different wet food brand tomorrow.

And maybe add a scratching board to the porch..

Names! Okay this was the calico I noticed earlier.. feels like a Lily. Okay everyone meet Lily! She has denied the Blue diamond wet food which on its slate isn't my go-to anyways.. but indicated interest and more porch friendly activities for tomorrow.I guess I'm getting wet food and a giant porch scratcher.

All right. The first meal has been put out tonight.. wonder if Elphaba will come back or if it will be someone else.. eee so excited to meet all the kittys also I pick up my TNR cage surgery starts at 6 am Wednesday.

TNR, It's kind of a little important because cats multiply rapidly and money spent TNRing a feral cat This is only the tiniest fraction of the cost of allowing the epidemic of overpopulation to continue un checked.

I knew when I saw this cat bed in the store that there would be at least one kitty without a home that might be interested in using it. And I see why my cameras didn't catch you the first time I put food out, you're a sneaky! Kitty. Let's call you..Elphaba!

Elphaba visited our new porch Cafe complete with a covered bed, that they were very interested in. I'd like to build a fully insulated enclosure for the porch for when the weather gets bad, I'll add that to the to-do list. But hey! HSC is back to work

Excuse my zooming. I was looking for earmarks, currently contacting several County resources to assist with the tnr, specifically the surgery and vaccination process.
