We have a small number of foals coming here this year, and first up is a baby by A Dash Ta Streak out of Hot Leader, aka “Epic”. Epic is by Epic Leader out of the cow bred mare “Hot Hide”. She will be bred back to Absolut Frenchman for 2027.

🤓Fun fact: there is a 33% chance Epic is carrying a bay roan baby, and 33% chance of a solid bay, followed by 13% chance each of a red roan or solid sorrel, and about a 4% chance each way of a black or blue roan.

We are super excited about Frenchmanz Shake Em, 2 year old gelding by Absolut Frenchman,
out of Frenchmans Francine (Royal Shake Em)! Can’t wait to see what his future brings!!

Spring Sunshine ☀️ makes everyone sleepy 😴 Abe enjoyed a nap with his across the fence buddy during his turnout time in the arena. He did NOT use that time to get some extra exercise 😂😂

We are looking forward to seeing more of Courtney VanDyke and her mare Champagne Frenchgirl this spring and summer running barrels. Champagne also pulls double duty as the rodeo mount for Courtney’s 9 year old son!

Meet Abe’s next stall neighbor, Patches! Patches is one of two ponies that share the run next door- although in the months they have lived there, Abe hasn’t so much as said “hello”. 🤣🤣🤣
