I truly believe that people who make these laws should spend 90 days working in the place so they can understand how horrible it’s going to be! Not charging was the only thing keeping strays off the streets. Now nobody is going to try and help dogs. They can’t afford too.
The affect on animal control is going to be interesting to watch too!

This weekend is the pre-400 mile yardsale. We will be here at the rescue this weekend. Next weekend we will be at CCAS!
Come on out! Nothing is priced over a dollar! Examples: Dog bowls, leashes, collars, nail trimmers, and household donations from many of our rescue supporters. This weekend nothing is priced more than $1.00! Next week we will have things that are priced a little bit more like dog crates, shirts, shoes, etc.
We have done it the last four years. Hope to see you there!
