How is this handsome stud still at the rescue? There is no way that his family has seen him yet, because how can anyone look past his soulful eyes?! If you remember, Falcon had to be shaved when he came in and everyone was so sad for him and he had received the most attention during that time, however now that he is healthy again and his coat has filled out, no one has even batted an eyelash his way. He is a very sociable guy and the life of the party, when he is allowed to come of course. Who could not want falcon at a gathering? Falcon would love to be your plus one and show his handsome self around town! Do you have a home for highly like, always down for a good time Falcon?

Falcon is an adorable 2.5- year-old poodle mix weighing about 14 pounds. This sweet boy is full of love and personality! He absolutely loves people and is happiest when hes getting attention, making new friends, or spending time with his humans. Falcon also has a playful side and enjoys toys, games, and having fun throughout the day. With his affectionate nature and cheerful personality, Falcon would make a wonderful companion for just about any home. Hes ready to find a forever family to love him as much as hell love them.

You can’t tell me that you don’t smile when you look at this dog and see her name. No matter whether the situation is negative or positive, it’s almost as if Sunny’s life’s mission is to bring happiness no matter where she goes. She has a curious but playful side, which makes her perfect for just about any family setting. There is no doubt that when Sunny loves, she loves with her whole heart and with no conditions. Meet Hook! This adorable little six-pound firecracker is about a year old and packed with personality. Fun, playful, and always ready for an adventure, Hook is the kind of dog who keeps you smiling. He’s incredibly sweet, loves everyone he meets, and would do great in a home with children or other dogs. His favorite thing is to play, and his happy, wiggly personality is impossible to resist.

Hook is currently located in Hondo, Texas, but we transport! Be sure to check the transport schedule on our website—we may already be planning a trip near you.

Hook tested positive for Chagas but do not let that scare you. We've already started treatment and he's doing great. Dogs breeze through the treatment and go on to live happy, healthy lives. It cost apx $30 per month for every 20 lbs of dog weight so Hook will be very reasonable to treat if you get your meds at Costco.

O’Neill has the most perfect pouty lips and that gorgeous smile that is absolutely easy on the eyes! He has a playful spirit that even he can keep himself preoccupied. Sometimes those can be the absolute best ones, but I bet he would love to have a family to take him on walks or with kids to make sure he gets all that energy out! While O’Neill enjoys romping around the yards with his friends, he would love to have a home and family to call his own! Do you have a spot in your home and your heart for O’Neill?

Meet O'Neill — and what a fun little dog this is.

O'Neill is about 2 years old and weighs 18 pounds. I definitely see a little Pug in there, but beyond that, your guess is as good as mine. Maybe some Affenpinscher? Whatever he is, he is absolutely adorable.

This boy is a bundle of energy, personality, and sweetness. He gets along great with other dogs and would be an excellent match for an active family, especially one with kids who can keep up with his playful spirit.

One thing about O'Neill — he knows how to entertain himself, as you can clearly see from his video. He is full of life and always ready for fun.

Evangeline is the younger female of the bonded pair with Gabriel. She is sweet as pie but is very unsure of a lot of things/people since her owner passed away. She has comfort in knowing that when her brother is around, that he provides the confidence and security she needs for new situations. She looks to him for guidance on how he reacts in certain situations, if everything is ok. She will never have to worry about being alone in an unfamiliar place, as long as she has her brother Gabriel.. which is why they can’t be separated. Please give a loving home to a small bonded pair of dogs, who have lost so much recently but each other.

Evangeline came to Tracy’s Paws Rescue after her beloved owner passed away. She and her best friend, Gabriel, are a bonded pair who have been through so much together, and they find comfort in each other every day.

Gabriel is Evangeline’s source of confidence and security. She always likes to know where he is, and having him by her side helps her feel safe in new situations. Evangeline takes a little time to warm up to new people, but with a little patience and kindness, she’ll soon be curled up in your lap, playing with her toys, and becoming a cherished member of the family.

Because of their special bond, Evangeline and Gabriel are looking for a home where they can stay together. They are currently being fostered in the Chicago area, and with an approved application, we’d love to arrange a meet-and-greet so you can meet this sweet pair in person.

Sometimes the best things in life come in twos, and Evangeline and Gabriel are proof of that.

I know there is a person or family out there that would love a bonded pair of tiny dogs! Think about it, you will not ever have to wonder if they are lonely while you’re away.. because they will have each other. Gabriel is the older one of the 2 and definitely is the confident walmart greeter of the 2. Gabriel is very social and loves being the life of the party. He brings that sense d security and confidence to his sister Evangeline since their owner passed away. They deserve a home where they can live out the remainder of their life together and not have to worry about losing one another. Do you space in your home and heart that have lost so much already, but each other?

Meet Gabriel!

Gabriel is our rescue’s official “Walmart greeter.” He has never met a stranger and loves everyone he meets—people and dogs alike. His sweet, outgoing personality makes him the first to welcome visitors with a wagging tail and a happy heart.

Gabriel came to Tracy’s Paws Rescue after his beloved owner passed away. He is deeply bonded with his best friend, Evangeline. While Gabriel is the confident, social one, Evangeline relies on him for comfort and security. She becomes anxious when he isn’t nearby, so they are looking for a forever home together.

Gabriel is truly a no-drama, easygoing companion. His favorite place in the world is curled up in someone’s lap, soaking up all the love and attention he can get. He’s also working on getting back to his ideal weight with a healthy diet, and we’re excited to help him shed a few extra pounds.

Gabriel is currently being fostered just outside the Chicago area. If you think you could be the perfect home for this wonderful bonded pair, we’d be happy to arrange a meet-and-greet once your adoption application has been approved.

Who loves to have a quiet home to come back to at the end of a busy day? Probably all of us right? Well Crumpet is one of those that would love to have a quiet home to spend her days, after spending some time in a loud, bustling shelter. She loves to be close to her person and provide that loyal companionship, that I know someone out there is looking for. She is the perfect gal pal to catch up on the latest news, watch a chick flick, or snuggle with on the couch. After all the negligence she has been through in her life, she simply wants a home where she can enjoy the simpler things of life… which we can all learn from.

Meet Crumpet!

Crumpet is an adorable little Terrier mix who is about 2 years old and weighs just over 12 pounds. She came to us from the La Joya shelter along with several other dogs and has quickly won our hearts with her gentle, loving personality.

It’s clear that Crumpet wasn’t well cared for in her previous home, but those days are behind her. She recently had a lipoma removed from her side, and she has healed beautifully. No further treatment is needed for that.

She gets along well with other dogs, but her favorite place is curled up in someone’s lap. If Crumpet could choose her perfect forever home, it would likely be a quieter, adult home where she can relax, soak up affection, and finally enjoy the love and security she has always deserved.

Crumpet is currently located just outside of San Antonio, Texas, and we do offer transport to many areas. If you think this sweet little girl might be the perfect addition to your family, we’d love to hear from you! If you would like to see more video of this little one just ask.

You guys, just look at these two beautiful best friends. This is Izzie and Jewel and they are both forgotten mama dogs that seem to fade in the background when it comes to applications. They both came in with their puppies, who have since been adopted and now they are waiting for their chance at a forever home.

Izzie has been patiently waiting her turn since 09/2023 and Jewel has been patiently waiting her turn since 04/2024. They both deserve those loving homes that they have been dreaming of and do not need to spend a majority of their life in the rescue. These 2 can probably be adopted together and keep each other company while you’re at work or away from home. They do not have to be adopted together at all, but they have become best friends during their time at the rescue.

Please don’t let these 2 fade into the background. Please give them a chance at a forever home.

Sinker is one of those hard to come by dogs. He checks off all the boxes, not to mention his handsome blonde/ivory colored coat! Even though he was living his life on the streets before coming to Tracy’s Paws, he never developed that hard outer shell. He absolutely adores being close to his people and is just a sweet tender hearted guy , who deserves all the world has to offer and plus some. Sinker is waiting for you to say yes to him and give him the life has always deserved/longed for.

Meet Sinker!

Sinker is an adorable little 3-year-old Poodle/Westie mix (our best guess!) who weighs about 15 pounds. He came to us from deep South Texas, where he was found as a stray with no collar, no microchip, and unneutered.

Despite his rough start, Sinker has a heart of gold. He's a sweet, gentle, tender-hearted boy who loves people and gets along beautifully with other dogs. His quiet, affectionate personality makes him the kind of companion who simply wants to be close to his people.

Sinker is currently being fostered in Hondo, Texas, but we regularly transport to approved adopters in other states. Be sure to check our transport schedule—you may be closer to adopting him than you think!

If you'd like to see additional videos of Sinker interacting with other dogs or have any questions about him, just let us know. We think you'll fall in love with this precious little guy just as quickly as we did.

Who in this world has a few quirks about us? I know I do! Here at Tracy’s Paws, we love all dogs.. even the quirky ones like Miss Glory here. Even through everything that she has been through so much hardship in her life, she does not let that break her spirit but rather put up a wall until she knows she she is safe. Sweet Glory was a fantastic mama, but those days are past her now. I know someone of us feel shy or uneasy when we meet people until we have a chance to scope them out and that’s Glory also. She needs a special person or family that will show her that she can live an amazing life, where she is cherished, loved, and spoiled. We know her home is out there, is it with you?

Glory is a gorgeous, resilient pup who has overcome incredible challenges. She came to us after being tied up for 3 years - she was emaciated and had 7 puppies with her.

Her spirit was not broken but she is cautious of new people for about 48 hours and then becomes your best friend.

She deserves a forever home where she can be cherished, spoiled, and celebrated for the amazing survivor she is. Glory is proof that beauty, love, and happiness shine brighter than any hardship.

Glory is located in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport. She is spayed, up to date on all shots, microchipped and her adoption fee is $450. The fee includes the transport cost.
