So wrong!

COURT FINDS RIDGLAN CRIMINALLY LIABLE WHILE DANE COUNTY GAS-LIGHTS US

Here's the January 2025 decision of Judge Lanford detailing horrific cruelty imposed on Beagles at Ridglan and finding probable cause for 311 criminal animal abuse acts. see the order at https://appellate-brief.com/wp-https://appellate-brief.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/B-Order.pdf.

Skim through the order where I highlight in yellow the devastating portions-yet some 2,000 dogs are still there and Ridglan was not criminally charged.

Understand that the rescuers are not making this up. It's the other way around - THE TAX-PAYING PUBLIC IS BEING GAS LIGHTED by Ridglan, Sheriff Barrett, Dane County, the state DATCP that licenses Ridglan and the USDA also licensing Ridglan to breed Beagles for experiments.

They have the nerve to close their eyes to what Judge Lanford actually found after a full hearing, evidence and testimony.

At Wayne Hsiung 's bail hearing this week, that judge told him he sympathized with the issue, but he said you can't take the law into your own hands. What about the laws mandating Ridglan be criminally charged?

Those dogs would have been saved long ago if the Dane County prosecutor did his job.

They can hide behind the word "law" all day to use against the rescuers, but sometimes LEGAL is just a word people use to deny the truth.

That is why laws change all the time through lawsuits and legislative action when the public demands action. The lawsuit I filed yesterday is a start-- believe me I have more to come.
