A picture says a thousand words...understatement here...this one says so much more...

Pic of a baby born here from a rescue mare we agreed to bring home from a kill pen without any real info...just a picture of her...

We didn't think twice when we agreed to bring her mom home 5 years ago not really knowing what we were getting into but knew a horse needed a safe landing. (Didn't even know she was 9 months pregnant).

2 months after bringing her mom home...here this sweet girl came...one of the smartest, most stubborn BUT BRILLIANT mares we know...Indi! "Hope for Independence" is her show name as she was born on July 4th to a mare we renamed "Hope".

This is a pic that says so much...and with a rider that adores her!!! Indi rides English and Western and is loved by a few students here.

Proof! Beautiful things are happening out there and Free Rein Equine LLC is still taking great care of the promises we make to these rescues! We made a promise to Hope, her mom that she would be safe for the rest of her life- and while she is unridable- she remains a very well cared for FRE Mascot here. Our students are learning to believe in the the love and welfare for all animals first and foremost. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
