🐴🌿 PRANCING HORSE: THE NEXT CHAPTER
Part 3 of 4 | Investing in Our Farm

A special place deserves special care!

Our beautiful 30-acre farm has been home to countless meaningful moments over the years. We’re committed to keeping it a safe, welcoming, and beautiful place for our participants, volunteers, visitors, and, of course, our horses.

Here’s some of the work happening around the farm!

✅ Renovated our covered arena with new, professionally leveled footing.
✅ Making repairs to paddock fencing and improving our grounds and pasture areas.
✅ Updating aging signage throughout the property.
✅ Built a new greenhouse on the property.
✅ Added new flowers at the farm entrance.
✅ Working to bring new horses to Prancing Horse.

These may not seem like the most exciting improvements, but they are important investments in the safety, comfort, and long-term care of our horses and facilities.

Every improvement helps us create an even better experience for the people and horses who call Prancing Horse home.

💚 We’re proud of this beautiful farm, and we’re working hard to make it even better!

Next up: The true heart of Prancing Horse—our incredible horses!

💙 Sometimes, the greatest progress happens in ways you can't measure.

Hearing how our programs have made a difference in a child's life reminds us why we do what we do. 🐴

We are so grateful for our dedicated volunteers, our wonderful horses, and the families who trust us to be part of their journey.

Every rider has a story. Every success matters. 💙

🐴💕 PURE JOY.

Sometimes, happiness is as simple as a pony, a pair of pink reins, and a smile that says it all! 💗

Just look at that face! And then there are those quieter moments—a gentle touch, a little whisper, or a kiss on a horse's nose. ❤️

The love these little girls have for their horses is something truly special. And that love goes both ways.

At Prancing Horse, it's not just about building strength, confidence, and new skills. It's about the laughter, friendships, special bonds, and most importantly, how much FUN these kids have!

🐴💚 This is the magic of Prancing Horse. And this is why we do what we do.

🐴💚 PRANCING HORSE: THE NEXT CHAPTER
Part 1 of 4 | Building for the Future

Great things don't happen by standing still! Here's what we've been doing!

For more than 40 years, Prancing Horse has been changing lives through the healing power of horses. We're proud of that legacy, and we're working hard to make sure it continues for generations to come.

So, what's been happening behind the scenes? Quite a lot!

✅ Stronger Organization: Streamlined staffing and responsibilities to improve efficiency and accountability.

✅ More Resources: Added dedicated grant-writing, fundraising, and public relations support, including a Chicago-based PR professional, to help expand our reach and community support.

✅ Stronger Leadership: Established dedicated management for barn operations, equine care, our Freedom Reins veterans program, and grounds maintenance.

Why does all this matter?

Because the stronger we are behind the scenes, the more we can accomplish where it matters most—in the barn, with our horses, and in the lives of the people we serve.

❤️ We're not changing what makes Prancing Horse special. We're building on everything that has made it special for more than four decades.

And we're excited about where we're headed!

🐴 Stay tuned for Part 2, where we'll share some exciting new partnerships and community connections!
