🚨 CALLING ALL ENGLISH BULLDOG LOVERS! 🚨

❤️ FRANK THE TANK NEEDS A FOSTER! ❤️

We just pulled this big, handsome boy, Frank the Tank, and he needs a foster home starting TOMORROW!
Frank can stay at the rescue today, but he is scheduled to be neutered tomorrow, and we'd really love for him to go straight from his appointment into a foster home where he can relax, recover, and stay nice and cool. 🥰

All of our dogs have access to air conditioning, but they also have access to go outside as needed. And with bulldogs, we know how important it is to keep them cool. We've had dogs in the past who just don't understand that they need to stay inside when it's hot! 😂 So we'd much rather have Frank in a foster home where we can make sure he's comfortable and safe.

🐱 Good with cats, although we would not recommend leaving him loose with cats yet. He'll need a proper introduction and supervision.

🚨 We need help getting our van back on the road!! 🚨

If you’ve been wondering why you haven’t seen our big red rescue van lately… there’s a reason. 😔

Our AC has been out ALL SUMMER. 🥵

And in Georgia, it is simply not safe to transport animals in a van without functioning air conditioning. So we’ve had to struggle to figure out other ways to get our animals where they need to go—whether that’s to the veterinarian, another rescue, a transport, or wherever they need to be.

This van has been an absolute workhorse for K9 Battle Buddies. ❤️

It already has over 80,000 miles on it, and it has traveled to Florida countless times, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and even Maine transporting animals and helping us save lives.

We’ve used this van to transport our own rescue dogs, but we’ve also used it to go get animals out of puppy mills and bring them to safety. It has been a huge part of our rescue work.

We NEED this van back. And we have finally found the problem.

Because the AC is an aftermarket system, we ended up taking the van all the way back to Atlanta to the company that originally installed it.

That meant a 4½–5 hour drive each way just to drop it off. Then we had to make the trip again to pick it up.

The first time, we were told it was fixed.

We picked it up and started the long drive home.

About FOUR HOURS into the drive, the AC quit working again. 🤦‍♀️

So we turned around and took it all the way back to Atlanta AGAIN.

The first repair cost us $752. That was a LOT of money for us, especially when it didn't actually solve the problem.

Now we’ve been told the compressor is failing, and the compressor ALONE is quoted at $1,582.

That’s before labor and anything else that may be needed.

💔 Our goal is $2,500 to get the van repaired and back on the road.

This isn't just a vehicle for us. This van is part of how we save animals.

It takes animals to vet appointments.
It helps with transports.
It takes animals to rescue partners.
It has helped us pull animals out of puppy mills.
It helps us move animals out of dangerous situations and into safety.

We desperately need our big red van back. ❤️

🎉🐾 MISDEMEANOR HAS LEFT THE BUILDING! 🐾🎉

Our sweet little Misdemeanor has officially found her FOREVER HOME! 🏡💕😭

This tiny girl was definitely the little straggler of her litter. She was always a little smaller, a little behind the others, and somehow ALWAYS looked like she had just stuck her finger in an electrical socket! 😂⚡ That wild little hairdo became part of her charm, and we wouldn’t have had it any other way!

But don’t let her tiny size fool you…

💕 Misdemeanor has ALWAYS been a fighter. 💕

She may have needed a little extra time to catch up with the rest of her litter, but this little girl never gave up. She grew stronger, showed us that larger-than-life personality, and patiently waited for the people who would look at her and know, “That’s our girl.”

And TODAY… they came. 🥹❤️

Two amazing people walked into her life absolutely determined to make Misdemeanor part of their forever family. There was no talking them out of it — this little criminal had already stolen their hearts! 🚔😂❤️

Now our tiny, wild-haired girl gets to spend the rest of her life being spoiled absolutely ROTTEN, loved beyond measure, and treated like the little princess she has always deserved to be! 👑🐾

🎉🐾 DOUBLE ADOPTION CELEBRATION — DOODLE BUG & CREAMSICLE ARE HOME! 🐾🎉

Some adoptions just hit a little differently… and these TWO definitely have our hearts. 🥹❤️

🌸 DOODLE BUG 🌸
Over a year ago, Doodle Bug came into our care with a litter of four precious babies. She had spent her life surviving and came to us pretty feral, unsure of people and not quite ready to believe that humans could be trusted.

Like so many mommas, she watched as each one of her babies grew up and found their forever homes… while Mommy was left behind. 💔

But Doodle Bug’s story wasn’t over.

Over the past several months, we have watched this beautiful girl completely blossom. Little by little, she came out of her shell. She learned that hands could bring love instead of fear. She learned to trust, to accept affection, and most importantly, she learned what it felt like to be loved. ❤️

And somewhere along the way, she completely stole the hearts of her new mommies. 🥹 They fell head over heels for this special girl and decided that after more than a year of waiting, Doodle Bug would never have to wonder where she belonged again.

🍊 AND THEN THERE’S CREAMSICLE! 🍊

Creamsicle’s journey was one of pure determination.

This sweet boy came into our care battling wet FIP. What followed was a long road of treatment, patience, love, and fighting with everything he had.

And HE DID IT! 💪🐾

Creamsicle pulled through, completed his treatment, and showed us just how much fight could be packed into one little body. Today, he isn’t just surviving — he is THRIVING and living his absolute best life! ❤️

And apparently stealing hearts runs in the family because his mommies fell in love with him too! There was simply no way they could imagine their home without him, so they made it official and gave Creamsicle the forever home he fought so hard to have. 🏡🐾

✨ Two completely different journeys.
✨ Two incredible survivors.
✨ Two lives forever changed.
✨ And ONE amazing forever family filled with so much love.

We are so incredibly thankful to his foster mom for opening her heart and her home to him—and then realizing she simply couldn’t let him go. 😉❤️
