New for 2027-
Refusal of entry rule.

Yes, in 31 years of show financial host- Heart of MN Welsh- we are adding this rule going forward- because the need for it has happened and formal complaint paperwork is sent.

It will be lengthy and wordy. It will be highlighted before main show rules start in program.

Refused exhibitors and any equine they have ownership on will be prohibited from entry and shall be informed directly privately. If you haven't received this message, you are safe.

We are a small group. We do our best. Exhibitors should act their best- before/during/after the show. Your worst behavior stands no chance.

The judges added a "extra" fun task during our Gypsy trail classes- read the mail! We swapped out the mail 3 times. Who remembers the instructions written down? Comment below!

High Point Champions- remember to send your halter size! Once I get them all, its about 2 week turn around from Ocala Tack Shack. Mare size is Horse size for the style we are ordering.

I only like to post positive and happy updates, so just know, this one isn't easy.

We should not be this far out from a completed show and still be hunting down payments in various sizes. We can print you a beautiful invoice before and after to prove owed vs paid.

The PayPal method is getting removed from these entrants going forward, as this is the source of the problem. At check in, you will be required to leave signed blank checks or just not show. I will lock the show numbers up- I went thru this in 2024 and will not go thru it again. If you can write a hour long book- you can send funds when I request it. If you can share more trips on Facebook, you could have paid your outstanding bill.

You will be notified when we receive your entry that you are required to leave checks, regardless of payment options made or if someone is showing for you. It won't go public. But I am close to reporting to the breed registries as we are ready to send in show results. Your points could/should be withheld. Yes, I am mad. Your weekend of play without pay has affected me.

To our great timely and thoughtful exhibitors, we thank you for your patience and working with us to create a well run show. When in doubt, ask and be patient. It takes both sides to do that.
