Talia and Grayson spend the morning filling in all the gaps in our rows - we are hoping companion planting will help with the drought this year! Where there was a gap, they filled in with extra seedlings!

🌱🍅 It’s a beautiful night, but this is a telltale sign we’ve got a hornworm problem! These little monsters are ferocious eaters, capable of consuming up to 4 times their body weight in a single day. With their camouflaged green bodies, they blend right in, making them nearly impossible to spot! 🥷🌿

If you’re committed to keeping chemicals out of your garden, you’ll definitely encounter your fair share of pests. But with a keen eye, you can catch them before they feast on your veggies.

Just say no to hornworms! 🚫🌿

This is totally us right now! Shifting gears from plant starts to produce, 2 graduations, 2 farmer’s markets, family visiting, and the all the end of the school festivities! Looking forward to Monday when we settle into no school!

Anyone else living life like, “Just gotta survive this week and then everything will calm down”… even though every week says ‘yay, no!’
