LILLY has been having a wonderful stay in her private suite, where she enjoys watching the birds outside her window and keeping an eye on all the daily happenings. When she's not birdwatching, she loves coming out to play, spend time with her staff, and relax with a good movie. 🎬🐱

As a professional cat nanny, one of the questions I'm asked most often is, "Can my cat stay at your house?"

Unfortunately, traditional pet sitting doesn't allow me to bring clients' cats into my home for many important reasons, including safety, stress, and the well-being of all the cats in my care.

That's one of the reasons I created The Velvet Paw Kitty Hotel, to provide a SAFE, LICENSED & COMFORTABLE place for cats when their families need a little extra help.

Recently, the Bailey family found themselves in an unexpected situation when their RV broke down. They needed a safe place for FLOYD to stay for the day while they sorted everything out. I was so happy I could help, and having FLOYD as my guest was an absolute joy! 💙🤍💛

CAT NANNY WNC & WagWorld Pub & Off Leash Resort are teaming up to make a difference for animals in need!

We're collecting aluminum cans to help support our friends in FurEver Friends Animal Rescue, est 2002. Every can donated helps raise funds that go directly toward their SPAY & NEUTER program, reducing pet overpopulation and giving more cats the chance to find loving homes.

It's amazing how something as simple as saving your ALUMINUM cans can have such a positive impact on the lives of cats in our community.

Thank you to everyone who supports local rescue efforts. Together, we can make a real difference, one can at a time.
