Toby is an older homeless cat who is currently suffering from severe malnutrition and worsening wounds that require urgent medical investigation. Although this rescue is physically and financially overwhelmed by a surge of emergencies, they are seeking public donations to help clear outstanding vet bills so that they can provide the life-saving assistance he desperately needs and with through community support, we can make Toby smile again.
