Spring time 🪻🐰🌷
So happy to finally have a litter!
Sometimes we can forget how tough and emotional it can be to raise and breed animals, big and small.
Looking at this litter from our black otter first time mom Zara (bred to Timber) and their one foster sibling out of Stacie's Mom and Jet, but also reminding ourselves of the losses over the last few days. Peanuts, dead litters in the boxes, kits on the wire.... It sucks, it's sad. You do what you can.
And appreciate the good days and perfect little babies so much more ❤️
