New intake makes my 12th for the year 🤎🐾

If you dump animals, you’re lame.

This sweet girl will go to the vet this week, scheduled for a spay & will be ready for a new home soon after.

We’re working on building some confidence & leash walking. Otherwise she’s young enough to not have naughty behaviors. I’d venture to say she’s a pittie mix, under 6 months old, has the cutest under bite, obsessed with kids, fetches a ball well & loves belly rubs.

A little appreciation post for a fellow local groomer. 4 Pampered Paws 🐾

As my cat, Kitty Boy has gotten older, he doesn’t take care of his coat the way he once did. Senior and overweight cats often have a harder time keeping themselves properly groomed, and his coat definitely shows it when he needs some extra help.

Misti is a Master Feline Groomer, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Cats are an entirely different ballgame when it comes to grooming, and I have so much respect for the knowledge, skill, and patience that goes into doing it well.

I will forever be willing to pay a professional for their expertise, and she is absolutely worth it. Seeing how much coat she was able to get off of him—and how much better he looks and feels afterward—speaks for itself.

So thankful to have someone local I trust with my old man. ❤️🐾

Enzo 🐾

He's here for the first time on an extended stay. His person was in an accident and is currently in a coma. I've been entrusted with his care while his family focuses on getting his person back in tip-top shape for all the love Enzo will have waiting for him when he recovers.

If you have a second, say some prayers, send some good vibes-whatever it is you believe in—for his human. I know his family + Enzo would really appreciate it. 🐾❤️‍🩹
